Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a commercial kitchen or assisted living culinary setting
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry kitchen supplies
- willingness to work weekends
- basic culinary skills
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in culinary or food preparation
- knowledge of culinary methods and recipe execution
- familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef with meal preparation
- prepare salad bar offerings, desserts, and bakery items
- maintain highest standards of sanitation and safety in kitchen operations
- properly label and store food items
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- perform scheduled cleaning of equipment and work areas
