Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Immediate knowledge of cooking principles
- Visible supervisory skills including cost control and delegation
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting over 20 pounds and working in confined spaces
- Willingness to work prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to handle noisy environments and repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, squatting, or kneeling

- Culinary degree or related experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of cooking principles and supervisory skills such as cost control and delegation
Job Duties
- Assist preparing various foods
- Restock and pick list
- Clean and sanitize work area
- Oversee all cooking procedures, finished product and portion control
- Loading, lifting, bending, turning, reaching, handling, twisting, rolling, pushing, sterilization of knives and all equipment (steamers, ovens, registers, etc.)
- Manage daily interruptions including equipment/environmental noise, telephone/alarms/timers, co-workers/guest interaction
- Responsible for managing all food production operations
- Relieve when manager is absent
