Job Duties
- assist preparing various foods
- restock/pick list
- clean/sanitizes work area
- oversee all cooking procedures/finished product and portion control
- loading/lifting, bending, turning, reaching/handling, twisting, rolling/pushing, sterilization of knives, all equipment (steamers, ovens, registers, etc.)
- manage food production operations
- relieve when manager is gone
