- Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen environment

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of professional line cooking experience
- Proven ability to maintain composure and quality during high-volume service
- Strong skills in prep, plating, and pacing
- Solid understanding of inventory management and par levels
- Effective communication and ticket reading skills
- Leadership mentality to contribute as a core team member
Job Duties
- Arrive consistently at 9:30 AM for prep work
- Execute strong prep and line cooking skills with excellent plating and pacing
- Maintain quality and composure during high-volume rushes
- Manage inventory and monitor par levels
- Adapt quickly to on-the-fly problems such as 86'd items and equipment issues
- Read and communicate tickets quickly and accurately
- Exhibit leadership as part of the core kitchen team
