Job Requirements

  • Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Self-motivated with a passion for producing high-quality food
  • Good teamwork and communication skills

  • Proven experience as a chef or in a similar culinary role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Excellent cooking and food preparation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and health regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new menu ideas and improvement strategies
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently and ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering quality food and dining experiences
  • Participate actively in Chef Forums to contribute ideas and menu enhancements
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
