Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ServSafe certification
- Experience in culinary preparation preferred
- Ability to maintain high sanitation and safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Maintain a working knowledge of culinary methods related to ingredient preparation and recipe execution
- Assist Executive Chef with meal preparation as assigned
- May assist in procurement of food inventory and supplies
- Properly label and store food items in accordance with safe storage standards
- Understand operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment such as food processor, dishwasher, convection oven
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment including floors
- Create and prepare baked food items, breads, desserts
- Perform scheduled cleaning of equipment and work areas according to schedule planned by Executive Chef
