Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef with meal preparation
- Prepare salad bar offerings, desserts, and bakery items
- Maintain highest standards of sanitation and safety
- Assist in procurement of food inventory and supplies
- Properly label and store food items
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Perform scheduled cleaning of equipment and work areas
