Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards
- Assist with menu planning, recipe creation, and food presentation
- Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and served safely following food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Train and support junior kitchen staff
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control
- Adapt dishes for dietary restrictions and customer requests when needed
- Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage food waste and ensure cost-effective food production
