Job Duties
- Support a culture of safety including food safety and team member safety
- Learn about food and share knowledge with team members and customers
- Demonstrate suggestive selling techniques and provide active sampling
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and respect within the team and community
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by ensuring food safety and OSHA standards
- Manage inventories and prepare food ingredients efficiently with management assistance
- Meet budget guidelines for food cost, minimize waste, and follow production strictly
- Maintain accurate department records
- Participate in catering and food production
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures
- Follow recipe and merchandising guidelines strictly
- Participate in quarterly reviews and training sessions
