Job Requirements
- Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of professional culinary experience
- Possession of a current food handler’s permit
- Valid state driver’s license
- Completion of a cleared TB screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification within required time frame
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and perform kitchen tasks
Job Qualifications

- Current food handler’s permit
- Valid state driver’s license in good standing
- Current cleared TB screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or obtainment within state mandated time frame after hire
Job Duties
- Generate, present, and post a weekly menu
- Prepare meals for guests with special diets
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Inspect and maintain kitchen and food storage to meet food safety regulations
- Maintain appropriate level of food inventory
- Prepare and maintain food tracking process
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs to kitchen appliances and materials
- Assist in purchasing food, office supplies, and paper products
- Travel to local markets to purchase food and supplies
- Maintain valid driver’s license, food handler, and CPR/First Aid certifications
- Maintain good standing through ongoing TB, drug, and background screening
