Job Duties

  • Executes professional culinary demonstrations and presentations within the context of Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau appliances' value propositions with enthusiasm and knowledge of products and culinary artistry
  • Assists in testing and developing recipes
  • compiles standardized recipes that can be shared with guests and be replicated in the field
  • Develops fine dining menus in collaboration with the culinary team and under direction of the Brand and EDC Leadership
  • Continuously develops higher standards of creative and execution of programs and events
  • Maintains a high level of food quality and efficient production output, with the aim of exceeding our guests' expectations
  • Ensures effective control of quality, quantity and safety of stock purchasing, accounting documentation, waste management, storage, preparation and service
