Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in a high-volume full-service kitchen environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP OSHA FDA regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications

- In-depth culinary expertise including knowledge of terms techniques and industry best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to perform in high-pressure environments handling substantial workloads and extended standing periods
- Proficiency in developing creative and cost-effective menu solutions
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP OSHA FDA regulations and food safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred relevant certifications are a plus
- Flexible availability including readiness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Supervise the daily production of fresh high-quality foods served to hundreds of international airline guests ensuring supply-chain systems operate efficiently
- Control timing of the food production flow and oversee processing to avoid delays or lapses in service
- Oversee and manage all kitchen operations ensuring seamless daily execution of tasks and adherence to deadlines
- Supervise and mentor a diverse kitchen team including junior chefs and kitchen staff fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Develop and implement training programs for team members ensuring skill development and consistent performance
- Maintain high culinary standards including quality presentation portion control and cost efficiency across all kitchen operations
- Create and refine menus incorporating creativity seasonal ingredients and cost-effective solutions to enhance offerings
- Monitor ingredient quality participate in food tastings and ensure adherence to standardized recipes for consistent output
