Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen environment
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage heavy workloads
- knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and FDA food safety regulations
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- leadership and team management experience
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred

- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
- relevant certifications are a plus
- flexible availability, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Supervise the daily production of fresh, high-quality foods served to hundreds of international airline guests, ensuring supply-chain systems operate efficiently
- control timing of the food production flow and oversee processing to avoid delays or lapses in service
- oversee and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless daily execution of tasks and adherence to deadlines
- supervise and mentor a diverse kitchen team, including junior chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- develop and implement training programs for team members, ensuring skill development and consistent performance
- maintain high culinary standards, including quality, presentation, portion control, and cost efficiency, across all kitchen operations
- create and refine menus, incorporating creativity, seasonal ingredients, and cost-effective solutions to enhance offerings
