Job Duties
- prepare food including cleaning and cutting ingredients
- cook main dishes, desserts and appetizers following specific recipes
- perform veggie preparation, grilling, roasting, making soups and stocks, baking
- ensure appealing presentation of meals
- check freshness and proper storage and rotation of food
- experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- create prep lists
- provide leadership in kitchen opening, closing and side duties
