Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef
- Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with food cost management and menu planning
- Proficiency with MS Office and restaurant management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
