Job Duties
- Plan and prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Develop new menu items in collaboration with the culinary team to keep offerings fresh and appealing
- Oversee kitchen operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Train, guide, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and clean workspace
- Monitor guest feedback and make adjustments to menus and operations as needed
