Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in kitchen or restaurant management
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make business decisions based on numeric data
- Capability to handle physical demands of the job
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week, 50 hours total
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to perform practical kitchen tasks and banking duties

Job Duties
- Manage all back of house operations including quality, food production, inventory, food ordering, housekeeping, and menu management
- Assist in developing overall strategy to meet business objectives and sales goals
- Make business decisions using numeric reasoning understanding multiple business outcomes
- Manage unit direction in General Manager's absence
- Manage highest standard of customer service through effective coaching
- Communicate and follow-up on unit objectives with staff
- Maintain a sales-based focus and proactively seek out sales opportunities
- Ensure safe working environment with zero deviation from HAACP and Board of Health
- Develop assistant management to manage sales, costs, quality, and people basics
- Recruit, develop, and retain skilled staff
- Develop staff for future positions
- Contribute creatively to strategic initiatives
- Schedule staff based on sales forecasts
- Audit internal processes and adjust to meet operational goals
- Manage employee relations to ensure a harmonious work environment
- Support Division General Manager communication
- Fill in to assist in food preparation and service
- Make deposits at the bank
