Job Duties

  • Create a thriving work environment by planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities using their personal creativity and leadership abilities
  • Effectively manage culinary activities in a hoodless kitchen
  • Create new menu items and specials
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation
  • Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen operations while leading by example during prep and service hours
  • Place orders, manage inventory and control food costs while keeping up strong relationships with vendors
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, buyouts and catering
