Job Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef with meal preparation and cooking during busy service times
  • Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Support in menu planning and seasonal recipe development, under the guidance of the Head Chef
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Ensure kitchen cleaning duties are performed regularly, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
  • Aid in inventory management, including organizing supplies and reducing food waste
  • Support the team with food service during events and special occasions
  • Help maintain a smooth, efficient kitchen operation during shifts
