Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of supervisory experience in food service
- Culinary certification preferred
- Serve Safe Certification
- Ability to train and supervise food service staff
- Skilled in food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Supervise the preparation of all menu items for cafeteria, patient tray line, catering functions, and physician lounges
- Train, orient, and schedule personnel for food production, sanitation, and safety
- Monitor employee performance and provide retraining as needed
- Manage food purchasing, storage, and distribution to multiple meal services and sites
- Maintain food production records, quality assurance data, and performance improvement records
- Ensure compliance with safe food handling techniques including dating, labeling, and temperature control
- Resolve patient, employee, and customer issues promptly and effectively
