Job Duties
- Prepares and portions food following safety, sanitation, and dietary guidelines
- maintains a clean, safe work environment and practices strict infection control
- uses cost-effective methods to avoid overproduction and manages leftovers properly
- monitors food quality on the service line, including temperature and timing
- assesses menus and orders to establish necessary food quantities
