Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in food preparation supervision or hotel, catering or banquet services supervision
  • Strong financial acumen including budget and P&L management
  • Proficiency in POS, accounting, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and electronic order entry
  • Must be ServSafe Manager Certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Ability to work standing for up to 10 hours
  • Capability to manage and execute offsite catering events
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Must have stamina for 50+ hours per week
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work safely around kitchen hazards including hot equipment and slippery surfaces

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a food preparation supervisory position or in hotel, catering or banquet services supervision
  • Enhanced finance skills including understanding of budgets, P&Ls, costed menus and schedules
  • Proficiency with POS/Toast, accounting and invoicing software, scheduling software, Excel, Google Suite, and electronic order entry
  • ServSafe Manager Certified or willingness to obtain certification

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and manage culinary team
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meets high standards
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and menu costing
  • Supervise food preparation and sanitation practices
  • Utilize POS and scheduling software for efficient operations
  • Organize and lead offsite catering events
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment
