Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in food preparation supervision or hotel, catering or banquet services supervision
- Strong financial acumen including budget and P&L management
- Proficiency in POS, accounting, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and electronic order entry
- Must be ServSafe Manager Certified or willing to obtain certification
- Ability to work standing for up to 10 hours
- Capability to manage and execute offsite catering events
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Must have stamina for 50+ hours per week
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work safely around kitchen hazards including hot equipment and slippery surfaces
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a food preparation supervisory position or in hotel, catering or banquet services supervision
- Enhanced finance skills including understanding of budgets, P&Ls, costed menus and schedules
- Proficiency with POS/Toast, accounting and invoicing software, scheduling software, Excel, Google Suite, and electronic order entry
- ServSafe Manager Certified or willingness to obtain certification
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and manage culinary team
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meets high standards
- Manage budgets, cost control, and menu costing
- Supervise food preparation and sanitation practices
- Utilize POS and scheduling software for efficient operations
- Organize and lead offsite catering events
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment
