Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability for full-time work including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or retail is beneficial but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work various shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers with a friendly attitude
- operate cash registers to ring up items accurately
- process payments including cash, credit, and other methods
- assist customers with questions and product locations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- stand for extended periods during shifts
- adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
