Job Duties
- run registers to process customer transactions
- greet and thank customers with a friendly attitude
- assist customers with questions and provide helpful information
- process payments accurately including cash, credit, and other forms
- stand for long hours during shifts to maintain operational flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
- handle customer concerns or escalate issues to management as needed
