Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes on occasion
- Ability to exert 25-50 lbs of force frequently
- Ability to exert 10-20 lbs of force constantly
- Dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move to various workstations
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must comply with company dress code and wear name tag
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and point of sale systems
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele
- Adhering to meet and greet policies
- Achieving low levels of cash over short for till
- Hitting standard items per minute (IPMs) during check out
- Ensuring customer orders are bagged properly and assisted with carry-out parcel pick up services
- Cleaning and maintaining check stands, magazine racks, and candy racks
