Job Requirements

  • no related work experience

Job Duties

  • activate room keys using electronic key machine
  • reissue new room keys to guests as necessary
  • communicate to appropriate staff that guests are waiting for rooms
  • advise guests of messages and deliver to rooms if required
  • accommodate room change requests when possible
  • supply guests with directions and information about property amenities and local attractions
  • tag, store, and retrieve luggage, providing proper claim tickets
  • identify and explain room features to guests
  • ensure resolution of outstanding requests or problems from previous day
  • arrange transportation for guests and visitors
  • respond to all guest needs and requests
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • maintain professional appearance
  • protect company assets
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • support and collaborate with co-workers
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • visually verify information and inspect equipment
  • perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
