Job Requirements
- Graduate of four-year high school
- three years experience related to described duties preferred
- must have reliable transportation
- must be available to work early mornings and occasionally late afternoons
- must be available to work one Saturday a month during football season
- ability to work under pressure
- ability to comply with HIPAA guidelines
- good data entry skills

Job Duties
- Check-in and schedule patients for physicians
- demonstrate empathy and active listening during patient encounters
- have outstanding customer service skills and work well under pressure
- clearly understand all HIPAA guidelines and ensure guidelines are followed in all situations
- provide timely response to patient and supervisor requests
- possess great data entry skills
- strong ability to multi-task
- strong user level of computer skills
- arrive to work no later than 6:50am to begin clinic at 7:00am
- stay at work until 5:00pm when necessary
- work one Saturday a month from 7:00am-11:00am during football season
- have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to Jackson, Madison, and Flowood offices
