Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must complete post offer, pre-employment background check
- Professional and tidy appearance with good personal hygiene
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift packages or boxes generally under 30 pounds
- Ability to crouch, stoop, reach to retrieve products from shelves at various heights
- Must accommodate weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
- Must be a U.S. citizen or foreign citizen authorized to work legally in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Warm, friendly demeanor to make customers feel welcome
- Solution-oriented attitude with a desire to solve problems
- Personal accountability
- Ability to focus and be mentally present on the job
Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming, memorable, personal customer experience to all visitors
- Build rapport while checking in customers with a smile
- Review customer identification to ensure compliance to enter store and purchase items
- Keep all workspaces neat, clean, and organized
- Notify management of any products that need restocking, cleaning, organizing, or facing shelves and displays
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers and staff
