Job Requirements
- Experience in retail management, supervision or operations for six months or more
- Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards
- Food and beverage service knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- Serv-safe license currently hold or able to obtain within three months of hire
- Able to obtain Seller/server certification within three months of hire

Job Duties
- Audit and maintain retail inventory and place orders
- Provide, monitor and evaluate customer service of retail staff
- Engage guests by providing information and resolving issues
- Supervise, train and direct daily retail staff operations
- Operate and monitor cash handling equipment
- Perform routine financial management activities
- Ensure food safety and store cleanliness standards are met
