Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- guest service experience preferred
- computer knowledge and skills
- able to work flexible and long hours
- capable of exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally
- effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions
- review, organize and compile management reports
- ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions
- communicate concerns to management
- perform guest services including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations
- audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports
- prepare and distribute daily reports such as Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports
- audit, reconcile, consolidate and transmit credit card transactions
- prioritize job functions to meet deadlines
- input and update financial information
- perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual data processing functions
- report unusual operational or financial events
- ensure overall guest satisfaction
- respond to governmental inquiries
- handle guest requests
