Job Requirements
- Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts or Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of seven to ten years of work experience in the food service industry
- Experience with business lines and retail venues meal production
- HACCP and Servsafe knowledge is preferred
- Prior experience with financial and operational, sanitation and administrative knowledge is needed
- Must be detail oriented, organized, able to lead and direct a team of varied experience levels and be flexible with business demands including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee all current business lines such as catering and banquet services, the Lobby Café, and the Pool Bar
- Develop and manage future business opportunities aligned with the organization’s expansion goals
- Ensure all operations consistently deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage experiences
- Achieve established sales and profitability targets
- Advance Arc Culinary’s brand presence within the South Florida hospitality market through business growth and community engagement
- Lead and direct a team of varied experience levels
- Maintain operational excellence including financial, sanitation, and administrative standards
