Job Requirements

  • Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts or Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of work experience in the food service industry
  • Experience with business lines and retail venues meal production
  • HACCP and Servsafe knowledge is preferred
  • Prior experience with financial and operational, sanitation and administrative knowledge is needed
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, able to lead and direct a team of varied experience levels and be flexible with business demands including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of work experience in the food service industry
  • Experience with business lines and retail venues meal production

Job Duties

  • Oversee all current business lines such as catering and banquet services, the Lobby Café, and the Pool Bar
  • Develop and manage future business opportunities aligned with the organization’s expansion goals
  • Ensure all operations consistently deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage experiences
  • Achieve established sales and profitability targets
  • Advance Arc Culinary’s brand presence within the South Florida hospitality market through business growth and community engagement
  • Lead and direct a team of varied experience levels
  • Maintain operational excellence including financial, sanitation, and administrative standards
