Job Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two (2) years’ operating experience as a Part 121 or Part 135 Flight Attendant
  • Preferably have VIP Charter experience
  • Be at least 21 years of age and able to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Fulfill physical requirements including lifting and maneuvering 20 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs
  • Able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Able to attend training in all designated locations and commit to the training schedule
  • Able to work in all types of weather including extreme temperatures
  • Have a valid United States passport or ability to obtain one prior to training completion
  • No international travel restrictions
  • Strong safety awareness with the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS)
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • Comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ operating experience as a Part 121 or Part 135 Flight Attendant
  • Preferably with VIP Charter experience
  • Others with a strong customer service background will be considered
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and maneuvering 20 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs when necessary
  • Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to attend training in all designated locations and commit to the training schedule
  • Must have a valid United States passport or be able to obtain one prior to completing training
  • Must have strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS)
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Ensure full compliance with all Part 121 Federal Aviation Regulations and adherence to the Company’s Flight Attendant Manual (FAM)
  • Conduct thorough cabin preflight inspections
  • promptly communicate discrepancies or safety concerns to the Captain/Pilot in Command
  • Provide exceptional inflight service to guests, addressing needs courteously and professionally while balancing compliance and guest experience
  • Utilize the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and promote a positive Safety Culture and use sound judgment for accident prevention
  • Remain composed and effective during irregular, disruptive, or even urgent operations, using sound judgment for safety and accident prevention
  • Show reliability through calmly and professionally handling stressful situations
  • Demonstrate professional integrity, both in and out of uniform, as a representative of NPA
  • Foster positive relationships with guests, fellow crew members, and operational partners
