Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a freelance makeup artist or similar role
  • strong knowledge of makeup products and techniques
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • sales-driven with a passion for beauty industry
  • previous experience in retail or customer service

Job Duties

  • Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target
  • create brand awareness through sharing and demonstration of product knowledge
  • demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines
  • lead by example to promote exceptional customer service
  • demonstrate positive and cooperative teamwork approach
  • assist in maintaining open communication and professionalism
  • ensure counter is customer ready from open to close
  • maintain excellent counter hygiene standards
  • assist with inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
  • support visual merchandising and new launch displays
  • assist in event execution
  • maintain communication with brand field team
  • manage schedule and submit timesheets on payroll application
