Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
proven experience in beauty and retail sales
strong makeup artistry skills
excellent customer service abilities
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain professionalism and brand image

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
proven experience as a freelance makeup artist or similar role
strong knowledge of makeup products and techniques
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
sales-driven with a passion for beauty industry
previous experience in retail or customer service

Job Duties

Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target
create brand awareness through sharing and demonstration of product knowledge
demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines
lead by example to promote exceptional customer service
demonstrate positive and cooperative teamwork approach
assist in maintaining open communication and professionalism
ensure counter is customer ready from open to close
maintain excellent counter hygiene standards
assist with inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
support visual merchandising and new launch displays
assist in event execution
maintain communication with brand field team
manage schedule and submit timesheets on payroll application
