Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in designated language
- Translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- Provide culturally attuned customer service for international passengers
- Assist passengers with completing customs, immigration, and arrival documents
- Provide emergency translation between passengers, flight deck, and medical consultants
- Perform standard pre-flight and in-flight duties including cabin security and premium meal service
- Execute duties with professionalism and adherence to Delta’s service standards
