Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to complete immersive training at JetBlue University
- capacity to work at John F. Kennedy International Airport
- eligible to operate in compliance with FAA regulations
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

- support guests and crew during all phases of flight using judgment and empathy
- participate in hands-on safety and service training at JetBlue University
- communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
- respond to in-flight situations with composure and professionalism
