Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass federal background checks
  • ability to complete training program successfully
  • flexible availability including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • physical ability to perform flight attendant duties
  • willingness to relocate to or work in the Charlotte, NC area
  • ability to work on-call reserve shifts
  • strong safety orientation
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • certification or training provided by employer
  • ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • ability to obtain FAA certification after training

Job Duties

  • conduct pre-flight safety checks
  • welcome passengers and make professional announcements
  • assist with baggage storage and seating
  • deliver tailored in-flight service based on mainline partner standards
  • manage in-flight safety and emergency procedures
  • perform post-flight cabin sweeps and prepare for next flights
  • maintain professionalism and passenger care throughout flights
