Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as flight attendant
  • previous leadership role such as purser preferred
  • fluency in English and Mandarin
  • must meet standard flight attendant qualifications
  • ability to pass medical and background checks
  • flexibility for variable roster including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to complete paid leadership training program in Beijing

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as flight attendant with major international airline
  • proven track record of leadership in senior cabin crew roles
  • fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
  • pass comprehensive medical and background checks

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings
  • manage crew performance
  • be the primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues
  • handle in-flight emergencies
