Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food runner, server assistant, or related experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Willingness to follow safety regulations and work guidelines
- Ability to respond to guest concerns and requests promptly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain required alcohol safety certification
Job Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival to the restaurant
- Provide gracious and professional food and beverage service in an efficient manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with LodgeWorks standards
- Clear and clean tables as guests leave
- Set tables throughout the shift when applicable
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage items in a timely manner
- Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
