Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, stooping, kneeling
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow directions and work within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to excellent customer service
- ability to work as part of a team
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain is preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival to the restaurant
- provide gracious and professional food and beverage service in an efficient manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with LodgeWorks standards
- clear and clean tables as guests leave
- set tables throughout the shift when applicable
- retrieve and deliver food and beverage items in a timely manner
- replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
