Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and renew all government required licenses including Alcohol Awareness Education Certification
- Ability to work varying schedules reflecting the business needs of the hotel
- Dedication to meeting or exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients

- Comfortable working in a smoke-filled environment with loud noise levels

Job Duties
- Prepare and provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- Input and ring-up charges for guests orders using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar on a daily basis before, during and after shift
- Refill chemicals, hand soap containers, ice and beer bins utilizing ice making machines
- Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel services, hours of operation, local attractions, car rentals and shuttle services
- Make constant contact with both internal and external customers to provide optimal guest service
- Perform any other tasks assigned by center management
