Job Duties
- Keep the kitchen shining by cleaning dishes, scrubbing pots, sweeping floors, and taking out the trash
- Replace all clean china, glass, and silver in their proper storage spots with care to avoid breakage
- Bring a positive attitude, connect with guests and teammates, and tackle any task with flexibility
- Show reliability and good character as a representative of the team
- Maintain sanitation and safety by ensuring proper food storage and rotation
- Assist with organizing utensils and kitchen equipment
- Support the kitchen crew in maintaining cleanliness and order
