Job Requirements
- Are 18 or older
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Able to engage positively with diverse groups of people
- Willing to learn through paid training and mentorship
- Dependable and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Are 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- College coursework in marketing, communications, or nonprofit studies is a plus
- Enjoy working with people and thrive in public-facing roles
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are organized, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced event environments
- Are flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules
Job Duties
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of charity events and fundraising campaigns
- Support event setup, logistics, and on-site event management
- Coordinate with volunteers and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Engage with attendees, donors, and community members to enhance the event experience
- Manage event registrations, sign-ups, and guest interactions
- Track attendance and collect feedback to improve future events and campaigns
- Collaborate with event coordinators and leadership to meet fundraising and outreach goals
