Job Requirements
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must sign the Statement of Faith
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
- A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred
- Must pass all required checks
Job Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration
- Working knowledge of project management software such as Monday or Asana
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, advertising, and digital content strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, email, and analytics tools
- Team-oriented with a proactive and solutions-driven attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining Charis Bible College’s mission, values, and Christ-centered culture
Job Duties
- Coordinate project timelines, creative requests, and campaign deliverables between departments, ensuring deadlines are met
- Assist with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting across multiple digital and print channels
- Maintain and update marketing project management systems and calendars to ensure visibility of all active campaigns
- Support the Charis Marketing Manager in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate execution of marketing materials and campaigns
- Collect and organize campaign metrics, reports, and creative assets for evaluation
- Help maintain and apply Charis brand standards across all marketing touchpoints
