Job Requirements
- Previous culinary training preferred
- Current CA Food Handlers Card
- Ability to maintain complete knowledge of all cooking techniques required to prepare restaurant menu items
- Ability to maintain complete knowledge of all menu and special items, their preparation method/time, all ingredients and quality standards, taste, appearance, texture, temperature, garnish, and method of presentation
- Ability to maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of food serving and preparation equipment
- Availability for weekend and evening hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prolonged periods of standing and moving through event space and kitchen
- Follow all company policies and procedures and SOPs, including quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Communicate with all guests regarding charcuterie bar products
- Prepare necessary food items for meal period and next service
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
- Cook for scheduled meal period
- Complete opening/closing duties as assigned
- Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule
- Perform light cleaning duties breaking down and cleaning your station and back station
