Job Requirements

  • Previous culinary training preferred
  • Current CA Food Handlers Card
  • Ability to maintain complete knowledge of all cooking techniques required to prepare restaurant menu items
  • Ability to maintain complete knowledge of all menu and special items, their preparation method/time, all ingredients and quality standards, taste, appearance, texture, temperature, garnish, and method of presentation
  • Ability to maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of food serving and preparation equipment
  • Availability for weekend and evening hours
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prolonged periods of standing and moving through event space and kitchen
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and SOPs, including quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Communicate with all guests regarding charcuterie bar products
  • Prepare necessary food items for meal period and next service
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • Cook for scheduled meal period
  • Complete opening/closing duties as assigned
  • Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule
  • Perform light cleaning duties breaking down and cleaning your station and back station
