Job Duties
- Serve as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose
- interact with companies, employees, and the community exhibiting character through personal and spiritual disciplines
- make regular visits to company worksites to build trust and friendship motivated by Christian faith
- provide confidential pastoral discussions for personal and family issues
- offer referral services and coordinate specialized assistance
- assist in planning, conducting, or attending funerals and provide follow-up support
- make jail visits and serve notifications of death and serious injuries
- provide post-termination care and facilitate spiritual enrichment activities
- represent companies in ministry services
- participate in new employee orientation
- respond to additional duties as requested by executive leadership within scope
