proficiency in computer applications including Google Suites and Microsoft Office
active state driver’s license and minimum insurance

Job Duties

Serve as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose
interact with companies, their employees, and community exhibiting personal and spiritual discipline
make regular brief visits to company worksites to build trusting relationships
visit employees and families in hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, residences for pastoral care
provide confidential counseling on family, financial, and personal issues
refer and coordinate specialized assistance for employees and families
assist in planning and attending funerals with follow-up support
conduct jail visits as needed
deliver notifications of death and serious injuries, offer encouragement
provide post-termination care
facilitate spiritual enrichment activities
supply literature and resources for life issues
represent companies at ministry services
participate in new employee orientation
respond to additional duties authorized by executive leadership within scope
