Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage serving in a fine dining environment preferred
- Willingness and ability to work 16-20 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work assigned hours Tuesday through Thursday 3:30 PM - 10:15 PM and Friday through Saturday 3:30 PM - 11:15 PM
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company uniform policies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of prior food and beverage serving experience in a high-paced, fine dining environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service oriented with a passion for hospitality
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Take and deliver customer orders accurately, maintaining knowledge of the menu and beverage options
- Ensure table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach
- Itemize bills accurately and efficiently secure payment
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, and Point of Sale (POS) stations
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency
- Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address any guest requests or issues
