Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of cooking experience in a similar environment preferred
- Ability to work full-time shifts Tuesday to Saturday 10:00am to 6:45pm
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to follow kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
- Effective communication skills
- Capability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of prior experience as a cook in a similar setting preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work full-time shifts Tuesday to Saturday
Job Duties
- Maintain solid knowledge of food products and menu items including base sauces stocks and soups
- Skillfully apply culinary techniques and attention to detail with plate presentation
- Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
- Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service
- Work as a team to assist all guest needs and inquiries
