Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar setting
- willingness to work part-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting duties
- good team player with strong customer service orientation
- availability to work Tuesday-Thursday 3:30PM-10:30PM and Friday-Saturday 3:30PM-11:30PM
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner in a fast-paced, high volume fine dining restaurant
- strong organizational and cleaning skills
- ability to collaborate effectively with food servers and team members
- good communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage stations
- clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and all required equipment
- keep floors free of debris and spills
- sweep, mop, and empty garbage as needed
- maintain par stock levels in the beverage station and assist with stock rotation
- retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
- deliver food as needed and support food servers to ensure outstanding guest service
