Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of bartending experience
  • ability to work part-time, variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of standardized beverage recipes and bar operations
  • cash handling skills
  • good communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of bartending experience
  • knowledge of cocktail recipes, beverage preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, and bar equipment
  • ability to work part-time with variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • highly motivated and energetic personality
  • experience in a similar upscale or high-volume environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring all equipment and tools are in good working order
  • demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
  • handle cash transactions, including ringing beverages, collecting payments, and preparing daily reports
  • train and mentor apprentice bartenders and bar porters on bar operations and guest service
  • maintain inventory levels in accordance with set pars and internal controls, and request products as needed
  • address guest complaints within your authority and report any unusual circumstances to management
